In-season is from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and all Holidays.

In-Season:  Daily-$300

                  Weekly- $1500

Non-Season: Daily-$175

                  Weekly-$800

                   Monthly-$2000

Cleaning charges are $80, nonrefundable, and the security deposit is $500, TOTALLY REFUNDABLE.  The cleaning charge for more than one month is $125.  All utilities are paid, including local phone service.

Check in time is 3:00 PM and checkout time is 10:00 AM.
