Cleaning charges are $80.00, nonrefundable, and the security deposit is $500, TOTALLY refundable.  The cleaning charge for more than one month is $125.00.  All utilities are paid, including local phone service.

Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM.
